Detailed Product Description

The fruit was crushed and fermented in small stainless steel fermenters for 7 days. The parcels were left on skins for a further 5 days to develop fruit weight and complexity. The wine was aged in small American and French oak barrels for 24 months.

The colour is garnett. The wine exhibits a sweet fruit nose of blackberry plum and cherry with a hint of cinnamon spice. On the palate it delivers full upfront fruit characters of raisin and cherry with a touch of dark chocolate oak. A mouth filling wine with a soft, fine tannins and a lingering finish.
