Detailed Product Description
Both Shiraz and Dolcetto were fermented on skins to dryness giving intensity and full flavour. Sweetened with partially fermented juice resulted in natural CO2 giving the palate a light spritz.
The colour is bright ruby cherry red. The nose exhibits sweet berry aromas. On the palate it delivers fresh naturally sweet red berry fruit flavours with brilliant frizzante tingle and soft lingering tannin finish.
